I have a few lamps, a dresser, a chair, and a nightstand. I am not married to any of the pieces but it would be nice to be able to keep them and fit them in to the room.

I also have a few large sized wedding photos. I have no idea where to place them in the apartment as I received them as gifts. Your ideas are much appreciated. The wedding photos are about 20-22" x 16"

I would like to potentially have a small desk by the window either in the bedroom or in the living room. Wherever you think would be a better fit would be great. The desk can be quite small. I just need enough space to place my laptop and some paper. Plus if the desk has some shelves/drawers for stationery.

I have a pet rabbit that can't walk on the wooden floors so the living room will need rugs. The rabbit also chew on the rugs so the rugs should be cheap as they'll be replaced frequently.

I have uploaded the floorplans for the bare room. I also have a sample layout that I tried out. I'm not married to the layout but included for frame of reference.

I have a pet rabbit that tends to bite on electrical cords, paper, and fabric with a coarse weave. My husband also has allergies. As a result, we try to avoid fabrics as much as possible in the furniture and decor. The apartment is a rental so while we can repaint and/or change fixtures, there's limited other changes we can do to the room.

I have a list of furniture that I've been looking at and bookmarked as items I like. They are just for inspiration so I am not married to these pieces. I would like these items of furniture in the room:
1) Dining table - Ideally oval shaped so it can seat 6 people
2) Dining chairs - These have to be leather/non-fabric due to allergies & the rabbit chews on fabric
3) Chandelier/replacement lighting over the dining table - The current track lighting is in the photos
4) Couch - Must have: (1) The couch has to be leather due to allergies & the rabbit chews on fabric. (2) We are short so seat depth should be shallow (i.e. under 24 inches). Nice to have: (1)The couch to have legs to enable cleaning under the couch (2) For the couch to either have a chaise or an ottoman. If it's an ottoman then storage would be great.
5) Piano - We will be bringing in an upright piano in to the space that has to be accommodated in the layout
