Luxurious & Relaxing Coastal Home Design Project Description
I am purchasing a 1450 square foot 2 bedroom condo. My favorite style is modern Balinese. The condo currently has white flooring, white kitchen cabinets, and white walls. I'm looking for a very comfortable couch like the Restoration Hardware cloud in fabric and can build around the rest to make it more hip and Asian. I love buddhas, crystals, and sacred geometry art. The room needs a vibe. It's too stark white and boring. What pieces of existing furniture, lighting, art or accessories do you want to keep in the design?
I have two buddhas in my current bedroom that I would like to bring over. I have a standing desk and very nice office chair. The work station is important to me. Note: I will need to shift the desk over to like a 45 degree angle for recording my facebook lives. So need the area adjacent to the sliding glass window and wall to the living room to be a bit flexible. I'm bringing a 75'' tv and sound bar over. I like watching youtube videos in bed. The mattress that I'm brining over is a king and it has an adjustable bed base, but currently it's just has a bed skirt. We can make the bed nicer.Measurement details:
headboard wall is 14 ft
patio wall is 13 ft 5 inches
head board wall to patio doors is 3ft 4 inches
patio doors to tv wall is 28 inches
tv wall to door is 12 ft 1 inch
entry way to bathroom is 6 ft long x 3 ft 9 inches wide

The bedroom can look a lot more modern than the living room. I have the workstation and TV in there. I have a soul portrait that I like. I have some sacred geometry art pieces that I like. They don't have to necessarily be brought in though.I'd like for the master bedroom to be a theme of futuristic Balinese. If that makes any sense lol.
I like the color silver.
I have a bunch of crystals currently on a ledge that I'll need to place somewhere or build a ledge for.

None - we will work with a blank slate. I just need to install a workstation in the corner with an adjustable standing desk and design a queen-sized bed. Also there will not be a TV in this room. Are you open to changing your wall colors?

I have a 75'' Samsung tv that I would like the hang on the wall. Would like enough space near tv to roll out a mat and watch yoga videos for an at-home practice, so any living table shouldn't be too big. Are you open to changing your wall colors?

Bedroom:
Since your room gets plenty of sunlight your color options are quite broad.
For your main color, we chose to use white/off-white as it offers a fresh, clean, feel to the space. White and off-white colors are often a favorite for walls because they are light, neutral, and match most color schemes. They are known to make rooms feel more airy and spacious.
Use an eggshell finish paint which has a very light touch of shine (similar texture to an eggshell as implied by its name). This finish is very often used for walls and is more durable and easier to clean than matte finish
