We moved in October 2023 and the Formal Living Room and Dining Rooms are empty. We just addressed the family room with TV, INCANTO sofa and 2 INCANTO swivel chairs (wall art included in this project which we will address later).

We painted the entire walls Cream Froth from Benjamin Moore. If you decide the dining room wall should be a different color to make it "WOW" then put the design together so we may see. Not every room has to be the same color but the formal LR has 18 foot ceiling so we will stick to the color in that room. Its a nice neutral color. Plus the Roman Shades are new and custom made. They will stay as well.

Would like 10 seats around the table if possible. 4 on each side and 1 on each end. Lighting would like to be amazing! The chandelier in the foyer entrance is from ZENDUCE (which I never knew about and they have VERY nice stuff... just FYI and incredibly affordable.. the entrance foyer lighting rocks cost me $1,500)
Based on the room size I would like your opinion on 10 seats; and also should there be a serving credenza against the long wall? or smaller credenzas on either side of the kitchen entrance wall. You're the expert. I really want it to look amazing. My apartment in NYC had a 12 foot blue velvet sofa designed by Mauricio Aguirre. Just to give you an idea.
