I have purchased a townhouse that is currently being built as part of a larger urban condo development.The townhouse is a small (1324 sq. ft.) 2 story unit. It has a living room/dining room combo adjoining the kitchen. This living/dining room is very narrow (9.5ft). The space would have to seat 4 comfortably in the living room as well as fit a small digital baby grand. The dining room table needs to sit only 4.

The townhouse isn't completed yet so I have no interior pictures. The display suite virtual tour link shows the design of the adjoining kitchen and the flooring that will be in the unit.

I would like the room to have a fresh, bright esthetic. I like transitional and eclectic decor...elegant - but not at all stuffy.
