Contemporary Multi Room Design with Pops of Color
Project Description:
Looking to change wall, trim, ceiling paint color and furnish and decorate area. I can not change the flooring or the fireplace (but could paint fireplace trim, if that would make sense). I don't think the yellowish color looks very modern but open to recommendations on paint color.
House will function as short term rental
Should be modern and appeal to many people
Needs plenty of seating.
I want to replace ceiling lights and fans.
Although the kitchen is not part of the scope of the project, the paint color scheme will be used throughout the whole house and will need to go with/match the existing cabinets and countertops as I can not change these.
I only want to buy items in stock, as it will be rented out on July 1st and need them sent right away.
