I need help with a modern apartment in downtown SF. I need furniture and decor for a combined living/dining area, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and potentially hallway. I have a few main pieces already that I'd ideally like to keep. However, I'm open to suggestions in case some of these items should be replaced.
Please see below for the furniture I intend on keeping (although some are optional) and for links to some additional pieces that I found interesting at Restoration Hardware (Modern). For the additional pieces, I definitely don't need to acquire them as well (in case the designer suggests alternatives) but just wanted to point them out nonetheless. I've also included below, links to various designs (inspiration images) that I find interesting.

I'll send other inspiration images but essentially I'm looking for something luxurious, unique, sexy, etc. The type of furniture and stores I like include Restoration Hardware (modern) and above
Also, although many of the links above lack color, I really like a blend between the Ferris Rafauli samples (as an example) and color like you would see in a stores such as a Williams Sonoma or other comparable stores. From a lighting perspective, I like the idea of adding track lights so that I could get a showroom type feel when I decide to turn them on (while other times I would rely on softer lighting coming from the floor lamps, table lamps, or other lighting suggested by the designer).
