We own a large venue for short term rental in Connecticut. The house has 15 existing bedrooms and a lot of common spaces. It is rented pretty regularly for a variety of different groups, the most frequent types of groups are - wedding groups (either to host the wedding or to do wedding prep), family reunions, and work retreats.
We are renovating a unfinished space connected to the house that I envision it to be used as either a bridal prep area, bridal suite or a family suite. The space has to be versatile to work with these different situations. I would like the space to feel like its own stand alone high end hotel suite. It needs to blend in with the rest of the house which is kinda of a modge podge of design but leans very heavy on trying to look like Italian Renaissance with a lot of marble and moldings. I do not like this style and I would like to modernize that feel but still have hints of it so that it flows. Also because of it being a rental property I would like to keep the costs of the furniture down. I am attaching a floor plan of the space. Pleae let me know if you have any questions
