For your main color, we chose to use white/off-white as it offers a fresh, clean, feel to the space. White and off-white colors are often a favorite for walls because they are light, neutral, and match most color schemes. They are known to make rooms feel more airy and spacious.
Use a matte finish paint because it will be helpful in camouflaging those surface imperfections such as bumps and cracks as it does not reflect light. Just be careful because matte finish is more difficult to clean. You may also need to touch up scratches or marks by adding more of the same paint in the future.

We built a new house that will be closing this month in a new community in Boca. It's a high-end luxury community. We are doing the bottom flooring, stairs, railing, kitchen countertops, wet bar, and master bathroom after closing. Our style is ultra-modern luxury with color. Our kitchen cabinets are white laminate, and we are thinking Bianco Superiore Extreme quartzite on the countertops, and a full backsplash up to the ceiling behind the hood. We love our current furniture, which was chosen by Erin V through Decorist. I'm all about fashion and design and want a Unique, next-level look. The wood stairs you see in the pictures will be changed to an all-glass railing once we close on the house. The wet-bar doesn't have a sink. We want a dramatic design like Dubai and Russian designs. I'm thinking maybe a brushed steel under the island, circles chandlier over the couch area or something more unique (that might be on it's way out of style) but definitely unique, definitely need a dramatic tv wall, lots of drama details and layers if needed.

We want a sexy, sleek, sophisticated bathroom. We have an exact idea of what we want. If possible, we are trying to keep the white shower for a black and white bathroom. The flooring will be the same gray flooring that is throughout the bottom floor. We are removing the linen closet to have a longer vanity. We want a black accent wall of matte tile or black textured wallpaper, a floating vanity, a very large round backlit mirror, black faucets, and shower plumbing with a black 1/2 shower enclosure. We are doing a Versace max Statuario slab master bathroom upstairs. We have in-ceiling can light and would also like either sconces or a couple of pendants clustered together like my Pinterest. We will need room to store towels on the bottom of the vanity. I don't want an above-counter sink.
