I have attached some photos and will get more detailed measurements and floor plan info to you on Monday. Tentative measurements are 14 ½ ‘ behind the head of bed, corner to corner, and 13’10” the other way.



I also attached a picture of our living room, just for you to see (not sure If necessary, lol, you can kinda see the kitchen area also)



I attached a pic of board and batten wall that I was thinking of doing something similar behind the head of where our bed is currently (unless you guys say that it’s fine without that, and I am ok not having that also)



I will want to paint to brighten the room up.



The TV is wired for the area that it is currently located, hoping it can stay in that vicinity (but ok if not)



I put circles on one of the pictures to indicate that there is electrical inside the wall for a sconce or lighting in this wall, the light switch there is not attached to anything currently. Also in this picture if you look close you will see that there are two (2) pieces of art (behind the lamp) that are palm leaves carved into wood. These are the only pieces that I still really do love. So if you think you can use those that would be great.



The draperies are ugly as…., well you what I am trying to say here. However we definitely need them to block the sun, because it gets really bright in the early am when we are sleeping.



Nighstands and dressers have to go…Need to update these items for sure! The Black one is mine the other is my husbands. Somehow we need at least this much for storage.



Our bed is a King size from custom comfort mattress, and it is an adjustable bed. The drop for a bedskirt is 21”, I believe, due to the brackets that hold the mattresses in place, right now I have 2 XL twin bed skirts on there that are only there to hide what is under the bed.. And would like to update the bed linens, or add to the Restoration Hardware white linen duvet cover that is currently on it.



The Green gate thing on wall has to go.



The closet doors are stupid (just saying), would like an option for this, but might do at a later time.



If at all possible I would like to be able to watch TV without being in the bed, like a sitting area?



Also, would love some kind of vanity area, but this is not a deal breaker, lol, I can live without this if I need to. I’ve seen it where they put it on side where a nightstand would go, but not sure if this would work and if we really don’t have enough space, I’d rather not have it look cluttered.



We do have a ceiling fan, that I have to have or I will melt at night, and some sort of light In the small hall area where the closet is, I will take a photo of those and send later.



One thing these pics do not show is that the ceiling is vaulted. Low side is 8’ though at the head of the bed.



The backyard grass is being destroyed by our daughters dog but we will fix it once they leave, and would put a little seating area outside that patio door I think?



Also a picture of the attached master bathroom just for reference to tie-in the two spaces together.



I do like some warmth, like tans, beiges etc. The styles that you sent me are super close. I prefer Tranquil and Coastal of the 3 recent projects that you sent me.



Also, you can see the flooring in the house, our bedroom currently has carpet, but we will want to replace ALL of the house flooring at some point, and would want to put the same in our bedroom when we get to that, so I am not sure how you can work around that. I do have some leftover of the flooring that is currently everywhere else that maybe we could use in that bedroom for the interim? I am not sure that we have enough, but if not maybe under the bed wouldn’t need to have it lol….



Please let me know if you need more detailed photos, or if you have any questions that I didn’t quite cover. And, I don’t want to break the bank, LOL…so budget friendly would be great hahahahahahaha
