What do you currently dislike about the room?:
It lacks warmth. I want the neutrality of beige and greys in furniture, but need an accent color, accessories.
What pieces of existing furniture, lighting, art or accessories do you want to keep in the design?:
All of the fireplace seating area furniture. The large leather reading chair and ottoman. The game table, but possibly new, updated chairs. Big enough coffee table or ottoman or a table with slide out ottomans? Repurpose ottomans somehow/somewhere?

The two corners, on either side of the fireplace are "problem areas" Nothing needs to stay. Husband is attached to the game table, and we use it. New chairs perhaps, It is a very bright/snowy day so some pics are not so great. Let me know if you want retakes. The chairs all swivel, so the white ones can turn to look at the lake, so maybe an ottoman can go between them and the windows. Also, during the summer, we bring our balcony cushions in if it is rainy or windy (fairly often) and stack them in that area, in front of the windows. (We justify this by calling it "beachy". ha)
But do need to be able to put them somewhere....Also, the basket by the door holds sunglasses, hats, etc..
