These light-filled and predominantly white interiors are spacious, luxurious, and perfect for entertaining. Two initial proposals by Anna T. and Mladen C. gave the client a variety of options. Anna’s concept was calm, relying on a neutral gray palette with sparse bold accents to help make the small apartment feel more spacious.
After a round of consultations, the client decided to go with the sleekest modern apartment design options by Mladen C. His ideas made the most of the skyscraper view by adding metallic elements to bounce the city lights. The furnishings were kept minimal to help the room feel spacious and airy. Meanwhile, metallic finishes like brass added the warmth that the client desired in her modern apartment design.

In the 3D design images, the dark furniture was replaced with lighter alternatives that elongated the space, while the lovely richness of brass and the overall lightness from the initial moodboard were kept intact.
In the dining area, contemporary pendant light hovers above the ultra-chic table and brushed gold dining chairs with Nauga leather. Floor-to-ceiling silk drapes frame the vast vistas while adding desired touches of warmth.
The tones of white, gray, and gold on the backdrop of the warm wooden floor are also perfectly balanced to add coziness to the sleek apartment design. At the same time, the marble effect of the coffee table and the art piece above the dining table work as a sophisticated combo to create a curated atmosphere with a quiet luxury flair.
Modern Apartment Bedroom Design
In the bedroom, savvy decorating ideas make the small area feel much larger than before. The deep-buttoned headboard dominates the bed setup, adding functional grandeur to the layout. It visually lifts the ceiling by drawing the eyes up toward the shimmering artwork.
