Corine is an interior designer based in San Diego, California. She believes our built environment is a powerful tool that, when properly curated, can assist in developing well-being and sense of self. She works to translate her clients’ needs into the physical world and is thrilled to have the opportunity to do such meaningful work. Founder and lead designer of her own design firm, Cm Natural Designs, Corine graduated from Design Institute of San Diego with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design. She is a member of the San Diego Architecture Foundation (SDAF), American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and the United States Green Building Council (USGBC). Corine spent years working as a consultant and designer for Aja Rugs in La Jolla, CA, where she gained knowledge and skills in the history and design of handmade rugs. She has written multiple articles about quality living and is a regular guest juror for student presentations at DISD.

What drives you to design?
I am passionate about lifestyle and well-being through the study of our built environment and curation of our everyday ‘stuff.’ I'm a true journey woman on the path to all things natural, simple and true.
From where do you draw most of your inspiration?
My design style reflects her adventurous free spirit and love for the coast.
