My couch is a wilhurst marine blue. Looks gray in the pic but it's accurate color is that of the attached rug. I don't have that rug. Only attached it to show you the color of the couches. I would like adjustable lights if possible. Sometimes I like it a little dim but sometimes I like comfortable brightness. That's if possible. I was planning on mounting the TV above the fire place. A bookshelf would be nice or just a nice place to store my books. I am always in school for something. And a nice shoe rack.

This soothing color encourages relaxation or tranquility, but has enough warmth to encourage comfort and harmony.
Use an eggshell finish paint which has a very light touch of shine (similar texture to an eggshell as implied by its name). This finish is very often used for walls and is more durable and easier to clean than matte finish
