Sleek Apartment Design with Blue & Brown Pops

Need help decorating full apartment (2-Br, though intend to use second BR as a small office) - living/dining room, 2 BR, hallway.

Client notes:

I tend to like Modern, minimal, style, but am very open. One or two colors would be nice.

No existing pieces. TV will be 70" to 80" inches
Would like to seat 5-6 at dining table and living/dining room.
- I like the sofa in the virtual tour separating the areas.
- no pets no kids
- I have a Peleton bike that might go into office.

bedroom - king size bed.
second bedroom - office, shelves/library for books. Open to wallpaper there.

TIMELINE
Moving in week of Aug. 24th. so need the essentials by then (BED, hopefully sofa, etc). As much as possible, but can wait for some things if it makes the design better.

BUDGET is $20K to $30K.
Keeping walls white is preference. maybe wallpaper in the office
