Nathan is an interior designer with a degree in environmental architecture, his focus is building memorable spaces for people that appreciate various cultural and artistic influences. He believes that an environment should be dynamic without being overwhelming. He achieves this by designing layered and curated spaces that reflect his client's essence.
Describe your go-to style:
I often lean toward an eclectic, boutique-style space so I get a little bit of everything. I enjoy rich details, patterns, and texture. My design style is very balanced and contemporary.
Describe your ideal project:
My ideal project would be a modern build near the beach overlooking a colorful city with an expanse of rocky cliffs. There would be no real need for two-dimensional art, floor-ceiling windows would frame the landscape perfectly. Some of the accents would absorb the colors of the sunset to complement other muted palettes and natural materials. This is how I would imagine my own home to look.
From where do you draw most of your inspiration?
Most of my inspiration comes from other interior designs. I am also heavily influenced by fashion and graphic design.
