From where do you draw most of your inspiration?
When creating a design I am inspired mostly by color and artistic items. A painting, piece of fabric, or accessory item can inspire a whole design based on the color palette it represents. The shape and form of artistic pieces inspire the flow of the room and changes the atmosphere of the space.
Describe your favorite project:
My favorite project was designing a 10 year old girl’s bedroom. I was able to re-purpose furniture and create fun pieces with chalkboard tops. Enjoy the playfulness of color and shapes with my choice of materials and wall color. The most enjoyable moment was to see the excitement of her face and me knowing that I accomplished the vision I saw for the space.
