I included a video of the space in an email. As we have an extensive project on our hands the budget for this room is limited. What I need help the most is with paint color, light fixtures, recessed lighting placement as currently there are none, and window coverings. My husband would like a fan, the tv to not be on the wall (unfortunately) and a feature wall (in his own words "something done to a wall". I think a bar cabinet and a buffet will also be helpful.

We need help with cabinetry, light fixtures, tile floors, backsplash, countertop, hardware etc. A fan is optional, a small table as there is no room for an island in my opinion. There is no separate pantry area. The pantry is the cabinet at the end of the wall on the side with the sink. The appliances as of now will be Samsung Bespoke (electric range - no separate ovens will be mounted). The wall with the pendant lights over the sink will go all the way to the ceiling. The back wall where the range is will be closed all the way to the ceiling; currently the wall does not reach the ceiling. The layout will stay the same. Regarding the cabinets I would like for them to reach the ceiling or close to the ceiling with either soffit or moulding (flat not curved).
