My foyer & second floor landing

I dislike the wall paper that is currently in the entryway vestibule (the small area that you are in right after entering the front door containing a coat closet and place to take off your shoes before entering the foyer). The rest of the foyer is pretty much a blank slate but it is a guest's first introduction to the home so I want it to be gorgeous and welcoming. We are in the process of adding picture box molding to the walls to give them some texture, but I can't decide on a paint color, furnishings and area rugs.

There is a restoration hardware table that I'd like to put on the right wall of the foyer. I would also like to keep the chandelier in the foyer and the chandelier and sconces on the second floor landing. Other than that I have some family photo frames that I'd like to incorporate on the walls either in the foyer or on the second floor landing.

I'd like to keep all light fixtures - sconces, second floor chandelier and first floor chandelier.

I'd also like to use the family photo frames in the space either on the first or second floor. There are 6 in total. 4 on the walls and the two pictured below. I'd like to use the table picture below in the foyer. It is 59 inches wide and 18 inches deep.
