Not a cohesive feel between dinning and living room. Need new media center with open shelving, new sofa (with feet) and low back (sill height is 2'-6" aff), sofa table behind sofa with baskets underneath.Open to coffee table but would rather spend money elsewhere. Interested in new rugs, pendants above kitchen island, bar stools (3) chandelier above dinning table. Accent wall behind dinning table: client is interested in a paint color, art, or wall covering. Open to see ideas for a new back splash. Also interested in some kind of built in calendar

Dining table and chairs, photos frames, accent pieces. The client is okay with keeping the area rug but open to new options.

Since your room gets plenty of sunlight your color options are quite broad. Paint is not needed at this time but in the future if you want to keep the same clean look with use a white paint throughout. This will allow your accent pieces and artwork to really pop.
For your main color, we chose to use white/off-white as it offers a fresh, clean, feel to the space. White and off-white colors are often a favorite for walls because they are light, neutral, and match most color schemes. They are known to make rooms feel more airy and spacious.
