Combined Modern Luxury Living and Dining Room

We built a new house that will be closing this month in a new community in Boca. It's a high-end luxury community. We are doing the bottom flooring, stairs, railing, kitchen countertops, wet bar, and master bathroom after closing. Our style is ultra-modern luxury with color. Our kitchen cabinets are white laminate, and we are thinking Bianco Superiore Extreme quartzite on the countertops, and a full backsplash up to the ceiling behind the hood. We love our current furniture, which was chosen by Erin V through Decorist. I'm all about fashion and design and want a Unique, next-level look. The wood stairs you see in the pictures will be changed to an all-glass railing once we close on the house. The wet-bar doesn't have a sink. We want a dramatic design like Dubai and Russian designs. I'm thinking maybe a brushed steel under the island, circles chandlier over the couch area or something more unique (that might be on it's way out of style) but definitely unique, definitely need a dramatic tv wall, lots of drama details and layers if needed.
