The new house formal dining area is great, I like how it has the scullery and small hallway to the kitchen. Currently I do not like the light fixture they have nor am I a hueg fan of the current window shades, but they are all over the house and I do not think we will replace right away. If we can do drapery I am open to that. I currently have dark green velvet drapes in our dining room. Two panels are 49x101.

UPDATE: I would like to use this antique dining table from my Mother in Law. Sending measurements tomorrow but think it would be cool to have an old table spinkled in the house - I like the idea of vintage pieces alongside new items. Do not need to keep the chairs unless you think we could paint?
