Mid Century Modern Home Office Decor Project Description
In my 1300 sf condo, there is a dining room adjacent to the kitchen which I want to become a small den / office. I've just purchased it and am renovating it entirely, but wish to start your services with the office. I would like to incorporate a small couch or loveseat that pulls out as a bed or a Murphy cube, as I may occasionally need extra sleeping space.The images of other rooms are going to change, as the condo is new to me and going to be remodeled throughout with new hardwoods and paint

I don't want to use it as a dining room. As a study, the downside is that there is an opening into the kitchen. That opening is currently used as a bar, but I plan to change the counter to quartz that looks like carrara marble and to eliminate the bar depth overhang. That bar will be almost flush with the opening. What pieces of existing furniture, lighting, art or accessories do you want to keep in the design?

Since your room is small and gets little sunlight using a light and pale color will enhance the light and the space in your room.
For your main color, we chose to use an off-white as it offers a fresh, clean, feel to the space. Off-white colors are often a favorite for walls because they are light, neutral, and match most color schemes. They are known to make rooms feel more airy and spacious. For the baseboards and moldings, white is the right option. It will make them stand out.
Use an eggshell finish paint which has a very light touch of shine (similar texture to an eggshell as implied by its name). This finish is very often used for walls and is more durable and easier to clean than matte finish
